Old Fire Station, Carlisle

What could be a more perfect gig venue on the night of the famous Bitts Park fireworks display?

It turned out to be one of our best ever soul parties, and the Carlisle crowd was up for a BIG party! We also launched our new partnership with John Watt and Son Coffee Roaster, and bags of the new Soul Junction blend were given out as dancing prizes.

We loved:

The packed house
Our sound engineer, Dave Miller, who did a cracking job
The dancers - especially the two fellas up from Yorkshire, working in Carlisle, who were showing a younger colleague ‘what real music is all about’. We’ll see you at the world famous Tan Hill Inn in April!
The Tony fan club - and did Tony ever have a puppy?
The Northern Soul dancing
The Green Room, complete with board games!

Actually everything! Which is why we’ve already booked a return gig.
