Hot weather, hot music, super hot audience!

We had a ball celebrating the end of Cockermouth Live Festival, and were delighted to be asked to provide a soul party on the final night.

The Kirkgate theatre is a gorgeous venue and the team who manage it is superb. Katie and friends made the band very welcome and even helped carrying the gear upstairs when there was a lift blip. Thanks also go to Kev who did a cracking job mixing the sound.

But the biggest thanks go to the Cockermouth audience, who were still on the dance floor at the end of one of the hottest evenings of the year .. now that’s stamina! Not only that, but you were all up for a good crack at the interval, and we enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones.
