Mains Farm Music Festival

In 2017 We were invited to be part of the very first Mains Farm Festival, and then the following year we were privileged to headline. On Saturday 13 August we returned for the 2022 MFMF and were impressed by the warmth of the welcome and the sheer vibrancy of this lovely local festival in the scenic Eden Valley. The festival now has three stages and a packed programme of entertainment, with bands of all genres. The farm is in an idyllic setting, with green meadows gently sloping down the the river Eden, rosy sandstone courtyards and barns. Many visitors stay at the on-site campsite, or in a cute pod. We kicked off the soul party with Heatwave and then somebody turned up the thermostat. It’s all our fault! Our lovely audience managed to dance in temperatures of over 30c. After our set we relaxed down by the river listening to Roisin Dubh and Jesus Sax with cold beers and yummy Seychelles curries, before catching the fabulous Mustangz back on the main stage.
