Meet our new bass player, the super cool Steve Long!
Steve loves soul music, has played bass since his teens and has loads of experience playing in Cumbrian soul and rock bands.
Steve enjoys playing the Rickenbacker bass but his current bass of choice is the Hofner Violin Bass as played by his hero Paul McCartney.
Steve keeps fit and often zips round the Penrith Parkrun on the morning of a gig.
We’ve enjoyed playing with Steve at Solfest, Kirklinton Hall, Silloth Beer Festival and Tan Hill Inn, among other gigs, and we‘re looking forward to making more sweet soul music together…..
